The NC Works4Health Research Study is dedicated to building a better tomorrow by giving both supervisors and new hires the tools they need to succeed today. It has been shown to improve employee retention by fostering healthy communication between the two groups.

The training has a strong emphasis on the following:

  • Developing relational skills to help supervisors advance in the organization.
  • Providing a Certificate of Completion that can be added to a supervisor’s professional development portfolio.
  • Reducing stress and improving mental health for supervisors and employees.
  • Increasing retention of new hires, which will help our organization stay strong.

Our mission is to share our passion, resources, findings with the community. We have developed an evidence-based training that is designed to increase employee retention across all industries. This training is for both new supervisors first learning to delegate, and seasoned supervisors wanting to sharpen their skillset. The training is completely free and welcomed to all employers who want to participate.
