The goal of the Carolina Center Affiliate Program is to create a network of researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in the Southeast who are working together to improve the health, safety, and well-being of workers in our region. Affiliates collaborate with the Center in various ways, such as working on new research projects, disseminating each other’s research findings through our webinars, website, social media, and other communication networks, and providing practical experience for Center-affiliated students.
We welcome participation in and contribution to our work from interested individuals and organizations. If you would like to get involved, there are many ways to collaborate with us. Our affiliates are researchers, worker health and safety professionals, worker groups and employers who are interested in collaborating in our Center’s work and advancing our mission. This work can include co-sponsoring outreach and education events, partnering as a research site, co-writing grant applications together, and more.
