Hispanic construction workers, currently making up about 30% of the workforce, suffer higher injury and fatality rates than non-Hispanic peers and often under-report injuries. This study applied a TWH approach to explore these issues.

Stories shared by Hispanic construction workers are shaping practical recommendations for safety professionals and managers across the industry. Findings have already reached more than 300 attendees in industry and scientific presentations.
These insights will guide the development of targeted, culturally tailored interventions, with results continuing to be shared directly with workers and safety practitioners.
